Are you kidding me!! I love this idea. It's like my motto for life. One of my favorite ensign articles that stuck with me pretty strongly from my time as a fulltime missionary was one about laughter and basically how it is a "cure-all". The article was written by Elder Greg K. Palmer and is titled, "The Power of Laughter". In the article it talks about all kinds of ways that laughter can help us mentally, emotionally, and physically. I believe that laughter is definitely a characteristic that should be implemented into all obesity interventions as well as preventions. Laughter is a form of exercise that people don't hate doing. And on a more silly note, lets be serious here, Laughing is like kissing, the more you do it the better you are at it and the easier it is to do more consistently. :P
